SM60VE is a single-place, contiuous duty deburring machine designed to meet the challenges of industrial metalworking.Perfect to deburring of cast iron or steel castings, this machine guarantees high and consistent performance over time.
Manufactured with a strong electro-welded construction, the SM60VE ensures maximum stability and vibration-free operation, even during prolonged deburring and grinding operations.
The core of the machine is the 600 mm diameter grinding wheel, which rotates at a constant speed of 63 m/second. This combination guarantees high machining efficiency and significantly improves the grinding performance, maintaining a constant cutting effort and minimising the consumption of the grinding wheel.
All mechanical components of the SM60VE are manufactured and machined in-house, guaranteeing the highest quality and reliability. The hardened and case-hardened cartridge grinding spindle allows for quick replacement when necessary. The clamping flanges turned from billet, with a diameter larger than that required by the reference standard, guarantee maximum operational safety.
The safety guard, complete with suction attachment, ensures a safe working environment for the operator. The grinding wheel guard lowers simultaneously with the adjustment of the workpiece support surface as the abrasive wheel descends, ensuring maximum protection at all times.
