Machining

All mechanical components of our machines are built in-house. More and more customers who are satisfied with our deburring, grinding, cleaning and polishing systems and machines contact us to solve their machining problems.

We therefore set up a reliable and fast machining service, machining or supplying finished parts, such as splined shafts and broached bushings, gears, lead screws, turned or milled parts.

We offer customers the possibility of requesting both processing of individual pieces and small/medium series.

CUTTING of:

  • Keyway slots from mm 4 to mm 50, maximum slot length mm 400 on through-hole
  • Keyway slots from mm 4 to mm 12 in blind hole

BROACHING of:

  • Uni 221 splined shafts of various sizes

  • Hexagonal profiles of various sizes

THREADING on Wanderer

Service, Overhaul and Maintenance

One of our greatest faults is that we produce machines that last too long! We are contacted to service deburring, grinding and polishing machines that we built back in the seventies... And we love challenges and giving new life to our old products.

Servicing and maintenance is carried out in our workshop, replacing obsolete mechanical components such as grinding wheel shafts, grinding wheel flanges, flexible shafts or internal cores.

Thanks to our specialised technicians, we guarantee valuable after-sales service for every machine produced.
