DEBURRERS FOR GRINDING INDEPENDENT WHEELS 500 MM - 50 M/S - SM50/B
The SM50B is a continuous-duty deburring machine with independent grinding wheels, designed for industrial and heavy-duty use in the deburring of cast iron or steel castings, for removing sprues, risers, casting attachments and excess burrs in casting joints. The total independence of the two grinding wheels offers the user great flexibility in its use.
Manufactured with a robust, heavy-metal welded construction, the SM50B ensures maximum stability and vibration-free operation, even during prolonged deburring and grinding operations. The two independent motors of 4 kW each ensure uninterrupted 24/7 operation, even under maximum load and without any maintenance problems.
The two grinding wheels of 500 mm rotate at a peripheral speed of 50 m/second when new.
All the mechanical components of the deburring machine are manufactured and machined in-house, guaranteeing the highest quality and reliability. Oversized spindle bearings guarantee a higher load capacity and a longer service life, even under severe working conditions. The cartridge spindle allows quick replacement when necessary. The clamping flanges turned from billet, with a diameter larger than that required by the reference standard, guarantee maximum operational safety.
