EDOSMAN is a belt deburring machine with independent motors, designed for industrial use, used for deburring, grinding and finishing operations on metals. Its main feature is the presence of two completely independent motors: the total autonomy of the two workstations and the choice of operating speed offer great flexibility in its use.
Built with a robust structure, EDOSMAN ensures maximum stability and absence of vibrations, even during prolonged deburring operations. The two independent motors, of 3.73 kW each, ensure 24/7 continuous operation, even under maximum load and without any maintenance problems. Depending on the model chosen, the rotation speed is adjustable for each spindle by means of a speed selector for the rpm 1400/2800 model or by means of a multi-turn potentiometer from rpm 800 to rpm 3000 for the model with variator. The mechanical double belt tensioning arm is available in the versions for abrasive belts of 2500x100 mm or 3000x100 mm or 3500x100 mm.
All the mechanical components of the deburring machine are manufactured and machined in-house, guaranteeing the highest quality and reliability. The fully rectified and dynamically balanced spindle shafts and oversized spindle bearings, guarantee a higher load capacity and a longer service life, even under severe working conditions.The safety guard, complete with suction attachment, ensures a safe working environment for the operator.
